As a company that continues to grow and become more complex to make mangament requires the information system function better, faster data access whenever and wherever it is needed can be obtained easily, accurately and consistently across the Department. A. Application of Information Systems
- Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Oracle JD Edwards
Program Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One GO LIVE starting on January 1, 2009. The modules that have been implemented include : sales, inventory, procurement, capital asset management, financial, general administration and budget management. ICT has been done to make improvement to support company’s performance from of the year 2012. - E-Procurement
PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk optimize the role and use of information technology in order to support procurement business processes of goods and services that are more integrated and transparent. EProcurement solution is also the real implementation of the concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). - Corporate Information System (CIS)
Corporate Information System (CIS) has been developed to meet the needs of management in decision making. Information displayed on the CIS sourced from JDE Oracle database that is converted in the form of graphs that display interesting and real time updates. - Completion of the Website, Intranet and Email
Company’s Website, email and internet until of the year 2012 has made improvements to increase the efficiency delivery of information and communication to all stakeholders of the company.

- Network interconnection
Interconnection network connects all company locations in Palembang, Baturaja, Panjang and Jakarta. These networks are used for data, voice and video. - Server
The server and all support equipment have been prepared to support the latest applications. - Completion of network infrastructure at Palembang Baturaja and Panjang.
Network infrastructur at Palembang, Baturaja and Panjang have been carried out to rejuvenation and improvements using the latest technology. - Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Voice Over Internet Protocol or VoIP is utilizing abbreviated (IP) to provide communications voice / voice electronically and in real time. Along with the availability of network interconnection and its peripheral devices. VoIP has become a tool of communication between the region and the company is able to lower the cost of communication.

In implementing the information and communication systems, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) in July 2009 has received an award from PT Indosat Tbk for the category of THE BEST CUSTOMER CORPORATE 2009 THE MOST ACTIVE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT).
