Based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Number: SK-04/DK-SB/VI/2026 dated June 15, 2026, concerning the Appointment of Members of the Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.
The following names are appointed as officials of the Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with the following composition:
Luthvie Arifin
Chairman of the Risk Management Committee (Concurrently a Member)
Serves as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee (Concurrently a Member) based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners concerning the Appointment of Members of the Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Number: SK-04/DK-SB/VI/2026 dated June 15, 2026.
In addition, he also serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 Fiscal Year held on May 18, 2026.
He completed his Bachelor of Economics degree from Saburai University in 2007 and then continued his Master of Accounting education at Malahayati University in 2022.

Born in Ponorogo on November 18, 1978. He serves as a Member of the Risk Management Committee based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners concerning the Appointment of Members of the Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Number: SK-04/DK-SB/VI/2026 dated June 15, 2026.
He earned a Bachelor‘s degree from the University of Surakarta in 2004 and a Master’s degree from Saburai University, Lampung in 2015.

He holds various professional certifications in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Business Continuity Management, including CERG, ERMCP, QRGP, QCRO, CCGO, CGRCEO, and GRCP.
