The company operates in the cement industry with a focus on the production of 4 (four) types of cement. Each type of product is designed to meet various construction needs, from large-scale infrastructure to the construction of housing and public facilities. The cement products produced are as follows:
Portland Composite Cement (PCC)
Portland Composite Cement (PCC) is a type of Baturaja Cement product that meets the SNI 7064: 2014 criteria and can be recommended for building construction needs in general.
PCC has the advantage of having a lower hydration heat so that it will be easier to work with and can produce tighter and smoother concrete and plaster surfaces. PCC also has strong adhesion, water resistance and good compressive strength.
PCC is available in packs of 50 kilograms zak, 1000 kilogram big bags and bulk. PCC is usually applied to construction buildings in general, such as residential buildings, multi-storey buildings, bridges, concrete blocks, paving blocks.
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Tipe I
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Type I is a type of Baturaja Cement product that meets the SNI 2049: 2015 criteria and can be recommended for construction building needs in general for all concrete qualities where special requirements are not required.
OPC Type I has advantages because it dries quickly, has strong adhesion, mixes that are not easy to crack and has good compressive strength.
OPC Type I is available in packs of 50 kilograms, big bags of 1000 kilograms and bulk. OPC Type I is usually applied to bridge structures, concrete roads, multi-storey building components such as concrete panels, piles, aircraft runways.
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Tipe II
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Type II is a type of Baturaja Cement product that meets the SNI 2049: 2015 criteria and can be recommended for construction building needs that require resistance to moderate sulfuric acid content (0.10 – 0.20%) & moderate hydration heat. Resistance ”.
OPC Type II is available in 1000 kilogram big bag and bulk pack. OPC Type II is usually applied to buildings located on the edge of the sea, swamps, docks, irrigation canals and dams.
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Tipe V
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Type V is a type of Baturaja Cement product that meets the SNI 2049: 2015 criteria and can be recommended for construction building needs that require resistance to high sulfuric acid content (more than 0.20%) & high hydration heat. Resistance ”.
OPC Type V is available in 1000 kilogram big bag and bulk. OPC Type V are usually applied to underwater construction buildings, ports, tunnels, mining areas, Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) buildings and geothermal projects.
