PT Semen Baturaja was established on November 14, 1974, with 55% share ownership by PT Semen Padang (Persero) and 45% by PT Semen Gresik (Persero)
The Company runs a special business wheel in the production of slag which is centered at the Baturaja Factory, South Sumatra. The company also has cement milling and packing facilities in Palembang and Panjang, which are then distributed to the Company’s marketing areas. Meanwhile, to distribute each product, the Company uses distributors with networks spread throughout South Sumatra, Lampung, Jambi and Bengkulu.
