He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1999 and continued his education in Civil Engineering at Sriwijaya University which was completed in 2024.

He earned a Bachelor of Economics in Management from the Dwisakti Baturaja College of Economics (STIE) in 2009, and continued his education in Masters of Management at Sriwijaya University which he completed in 2020.

Based on the decision at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2022 he was appointed Director Finance & HR of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk on May 8 2023. Previously he served as Finance Director of PT Semen Indonesia Beton (SIB) (2019 – 2023).
