Born in Jakarta, February 1, 1974. Completed his Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Indonesia (1999). He then obtained his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Sriwijaya University (2024).
He started his career as an employee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk since 2002, with his last position as Vice President Research & Engineering (2021-2022), Vice President Strategic Planning & Project Management Office (2020 – 2021), Vice President PMO (2019 – 2020), Vice President ICT (2018 – 2019), Vice President Strategic Planning and PMO (2018), Ka. R&D Department (2013-2018), Ka. Logistics Department (2011 – 2013), Ka. PTP Bureau (2010 – 2011), Ka. Maintenance Bureau (2008 – 2010), Deputy Ka. Maintenance Bureau (2006 – 2008), Ka. Sec. PBR Electrical and Instrument Maintenance (2003 – 2006).
Based on the decision at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), he was appointed as President Director of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk on November 8 2023. Previously served as Director (Operations Function).

Born in Padang, 28 December 1968. He completed his Bachelor‘s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Andalas University (1993). Furthermore, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Management - Andalas University (2010).
He started his career as an employee of PT Semen Padang with his last position as GM of Maintenance (2019 – November 2023), GM of Engineering (2018), GM of Plant Engineering (2017), GM of Production (2015 – 2017), GM of Mining ( 2011 – 2014), SM of Mechanical Maintenance (2011).
Based on the decision at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), he was appointed as Director Operations of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk on November 8 2023.
Rahmat Hidayat

Born in Padang, August 7, 1982. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Perbanas Institute (2005). Furthermore, he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Gadjah Mada University (2022).
Based on the decision at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2022 he was appointed Director Finance & HR of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk on May 8 2023. Previously he served as Finance Director of PT Semen Indonesia Beton (SIB) (2019 – 2023).
