Conflict of Interest (COI)
Lack of understanding of the Conflict of Interest may result in multiple interpretations and negatively affect the Company’s management. Therefore, the Company recognizes the importance of firm stance on the handling of Conflict of Interest in the Company, so as to create good Corporate governance, as well as harmonious relationships with all Stakeholders.
Accordingly, a Conflict of Interest Guide is drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and aligned with the Code of Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct, as well as the values applicable to the Company.
The purpose of the conflict of interest clues:
- To understand, prevent and overcome conflicts of interest in the Company, take a firm stand against the conflict of interest in the Company
- To realize good corporate governance in accordance with GCG Principles
- Realizing corporate management that is free from all forms of corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN).

Management Commitment especially in handling Conflict of Interest as company effort to realize the implementation of good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance).
Insan Semen Baturaja, who himself has the potential and or has been in a Conflict of Interest situation PROHIBITED to continue activities / performing duties and responsibilities related to the Conflict of Interest situation.
- Conflict of Interest Reporting Mechanism
In case of Conflict of Interest situation, Insan Semen Baturaja shall report it through:
Direct supervisor / Head of Unit
If the reporter is Insan Semen Baturaja who is involved or has the potential to be directly involved in the Conflict of Interest situation, then the reporting shall be executed by submitting a Declaration of Potential Clause of Interest to the Principal Direct to be subsequently submitted to the Corporate Secretary Up. Insan Semen Baturaja or other parties (Customers, Partners and Community Workers) who have no direct involvement, but acknowledge the presence or potentiality of the Conflict of Interest in the Company may report through the Reporting Violation media available as follows:

- Prevention of Conflict of Interest Situation
To avoid the occurrence of Conflict of Interest Situation, Insan Semen Baturaja It is prohibited to participate in the decision-making process if there is a potential Conflict of Interest and is prohibited from utilizing positions to provide preferential treatment to families, relatives, groups and / or other parties at the expense of the Company.
