Cost Advantage Through the SMBRGO45 Program

For Cost Leadership Through the SMBRGO45 Program initiative, the Company carries out various cost efficiency efforts in various fields. The company started to run an industry 4.0-based factory automation program by implementing an intelligence process control system to drive improvements on the operations side. Production cost efficiency is also carried out by optimizing the use of low-calorie coal, alternative materials and alternative fuels. Meanwhile, in terms of logistics, distribution patterns are optimized to get the most efficient service costs to customers.

Employee Competency Improvement

The Company also pays full attention to HR aspects through Employee Competency Improvement initiatives which are consistently developed to create superior and professional HR. Talent Pool development is carried out at every level through profiling assessments, management development programs, talent management training, as well as professional certification for each required work function. Development is also carried out on the Talent Management System to regulate talent development & career paths, including the role of talents for people with disabilities. In addition, the Company also supports the transformation of work culture through integrated performance-based programs.
