Hari explained that the company’s positive performance cannot be separated from the implementation of a number of key strategies such as cost leadership through the SMBRGO45 program, product and service diversification, debt refinancing, supply chain and procurement optimization, and human resource development. The synergy of all these strategies is the main foundation in strengthening SMBR’s competitiveness and business resilience.
