BATURAJA – The Semen Baturaja Employees’ Wives Association (IIKSB) successfully held its 7th General Meeting (Mubes) at Ganesha Arena Baturaja on Friday (July 4th). This event served as an important consolidation event to determine the organization’s leadership direction and future work programs, with the theme “Building Synergy Together to Achieve Organizational and Environmental Progress.”

Present at the event were the Chairperson of IIKSB for the 2022–2025 period, Erni Jogy Alpha Mediarta Gumay, the board of directors and representatives of IIKSB members, IIKSB Advisors Diah Suherman Yahya, Suzan Rahmat, and Viani Taufik, and other invited guests.

The event began with remarks from management, delivered by SMBR Vice President of Corporate Secretary, Hari Liandu, who expressed his appreciation for IIKSB’s strategic role.

“This General Meeting is not just a forum for changing management, but also a momentum for evaluation, reflection, and planning for the future so that IIKSB continues to be a strategic partner for the company, particularly in supporting the welfare and harmony of the Semen Baturaja family,” he said.

During the previous period, IIKSB has actively initiated and implemented various programs, including social, educational, religious, women’s empowerment, and internal activities that strengthen the bond among members. These tangible contributions provide a strong foundation for the new board to continue the leadership.

Through a smooth and amicable deliberation process, Yenni Hari Liandu was elected as IIKSB Chairperson for the 2025–2028 period, replacing Erni Jogy Alpha Mediarta Gumay.

In her remarks, Erni expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the togetherness that has been established during her tenure.

“The past three years have been a meaningful journey. I am grateful to have been able to carry out this mandate alongside such extraordinary colleagues. I hope the new leadership can continue to make IIKSB a more solid, active, and impactful organization,” said Erni.

The elected Chairperson, Yenni Hari Liandu, expressed her commitment to continuing ongoing programs and strengthening synergy within the organization.

“Thank you for the trust and great mandate placed in me. I ask for the support of all the women, because without togetherness and cooperation, I would not be able to carry out this responsibility well. I hope that in the future, we can make more positive contributions and make IIKSB an increasingly advanced and beneficial organization for all of us,” said Yenni.

IIKSB’s Chief Advisor, Diah Suherman Yahya, also expressed her hopes for the new leadership.

“Regeneration is an important part of organizational dynamics. We hope the new management can maintain the family spirit and introduce innovation to make IIKSB even more relevant and effective. Congratulations to the elected Chairman, and we hope you receive full support in carrying out this mandate,” said Diah.

With the conclusion of the 7th General Conference, IIKSB is entering a new chapter with renewed vigor. It is hoped that this organization can continue to support the welfare of employees’ families and strengthen its social role within the company and the surrounding community. (*)
