Working Visit of Independent Commissioner Semen Baturaja Chowadja Sanova

PALEMBANG – Mr. Chowadja Sanova who was appointed as an Independent Commissioner at the 2020 Semen Baturaja RUPST made his first working visit to two SMBR factory sites.

The first visit visited SMBR Headquarters located in Palembang and accompanied by General Director Human Resource Mr. Amrullah and staff to see the operations and facilities available there on Monday (28/06).

Continued the visit of the second factory located in Baturaja and accompanied by Director of Production & Development Mr. Daconi and staff to see the production of cement and facilities in SMBR such as CCR PBR II, Research Centre Building, In House Clinic and Mining Area on Tuesday (29/06)

At the end of his working visit, he had the opportunity to plant trees in the Baturaja Factory area as a form of commitment of the new company managers to continue to support SMBR to become an environmentally friendly cement-based building materials provider company. {}

Semen Baturaja Signed MoU of Establishment of Indonesia Infrastructure Learning Institute (I2LI) of State-Owned Business Enterprise

BOGOR – On Thursday, 3 March, the company of Semen Baturaja together with 9 other State-owned Business Enterprises have signed Memorandum of Understanding of Indonesia Infrastructure Learning Institute (I2LI) situated in the Leadership Center of Wikasatrian, Bogor.

The signing process was attended by the Representative Deputy Assistant of Infrastructure Service of Ministry of State-Owned Business Enterprise, Faturohman, and Deputy Assistant of Technology Information of Ministry of State-Owned Business Enterprise, Imam Bustomi.

The I2LI was formed with the purpose of becoming the development center for distinguished and globally insightful Human Capital within the field of Infrastructure Service, to push synergy among State-Owned Business Enterprises within the field of Infrastructure Service, and to develop research and technology to create and improve competitive innovations.{}

Semen Baturaja Achieved PERS-Friendly Award from Union of Cyber Media of Indonesia

LUBUKLINGGAU – The Company of Semen Baturaja has achieved an award within the category of Pers-Friendly from the Union of Cyber Media of Indonesia (Serikat Media Siber Indonesia in Indonesian, or SMSI) during the Night Show of PERS-Friendly of SMSI in commemorating the National Pers Day of SMSI South Sumatra 2021 that was held in Hotel Smart, Jawa Kanan Ss, Lubuklinggau on Wednesday, 2 June.

The event was greeted by the Leader of South Sumatra SMSI, Jon Heri, S. Sos, who informed during his opening speech that this award is given as a form of appreciation towards district head, head of institute, companies, and other important parties in their support for general pers. SMSI is ready to synergize with the government to develop their country together and providing transparency of information for public.

The Mayor of Lubuklinggau, H.SN Pranana Putra Sohe, had also attended the show. The Mayor expressed gratitude for the choosing of Lubuklinggau as the host for the event while also thanking all participants for their presence tonight.

For the next part, the Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru, represented by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ministry of Communication and Information of South Sumatra, Rizwan, S.STP, M.Si, has expressed appreciation towards the Mayor fo Lubuklinggau and SMSI of South Sumatra for making the lineups of the National Pers Day SMSI 2021 event possible.{}
