Human Resources (HR) is the Company’s main partner in the effort to achieve its goals, vision and mission. Amid the dynamic business competition and the emergence of similar business in the country, an impartial HR quality will significantly affect the Company’s achievement and will reduce its competitiveness. The current global free trade requires the presence of highly qualified employees capable of competing. Therefore, the Company places higher priority on improving its HR in order to have remarkable skills and remarkable work ethics in addition to having a strong character with high integrity and spirit. These qualities are assigned to not only the employees but also the Company’s management. In order to achieve these qualities, numerous development program have been held in a continuous manner for the employees to meet the qualified formal and informal education degree.
Human Resources Profile
The Company owns Human Resources (HR) with competitive work experience, skills and innovation. The support from 595 employees contributes toward cement production that reaches up to 2,583.36 tons/year. This excellent productivity greatly drives the Company’s operation in maintaining product supply at Southern Sumatera (Sumbagsel) market region. As part of strategic targets, regeneration and reorganizing implementation in line with Company development and future expansion plan, the Company adjusts the number of employee to meet the needs for development. The comparative number of employee has undergone changes within the last 2 (two) years; from 644 employees in 2014 to 595 employees in 2015.
