Semen Baturaja Holds Farewell Event for Company Management

PALEMBANG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) held a Farewell and Ceremony (Handover of Position) for the Company’s Management at the SMBR Headquarters Abikusno Meeting Room, Palembang City on Wednesday (30/03) and Online via Zoom Meeting.

The certificate was held between Jobi Triananda Hasjim as the previous President Director with Daconi as the new President Director, and M Jamil as the previous Director of Finance and Risk Management with Tubagus Muhammad Dharury as the new Director of Finance and Risk Management, and Amrullah as the previous Director of General Affairs and HR with Gatot Mardiana as the new Director of General Affairs and Human Resources and the welcoming of Suherman Yahya as the new Director of Production and Development. This inauguration is based on the Agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2021 Fiscal Year on March 25, 2022.

The event was attended by Oke Nurwan Commissioner and Chodwadja Sanova Independent Commissioner, and Endang Tirtana ex Independent Commissioner who attended hybridly via online and was also attended offline by Darusman Mawardi, Independent Commissioner.

Also participating in the event were all SMBR Vice Presidents and the Semen Baturaja Employee Union (SKSB) and IIKSB (Semen Baturaja Employee Wives Association) and all SMBR employees who attended online and offline.

On this occasion, the new Board of Directors would like to thank the previous Directors who have devoted their energy, thoughts and time to advancing SMBR so that they are able to achieve good performance.
