Gathering of the Company’s New Management, Semen Baturaja Holds Audience with the Governor of South Sumatra

PALEMBANG – The new board of directors of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) held an audience and friendship with the Governor of South Sumatra Province, Herman Deru, Wednesday (30/3).

In connection with the change in the Company’s management according to the decision at the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on March 25, 2022, the Management introduced the new Board of Directors to the Governor of South Sumatra in the Meeting Room of the South Sumatra Provincial Government.

The President Director of SMBR Daconi introduced the Director of Finance and Risk Management Tubagus Muhammad Dharury, General & HR Director Gatot Mardiana, Production & Development Director Suherman Yahya. The newest Board of Directors was accompanied by SMBR’s VP Corporate Secretary Doddy Irawan.

The Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru warmly welcomed the arrival of the Board of Directors of the Company’s SMBR and encouraged SMBR to move forward under the new management. Also present were the Head of PU Perkim of South Sumatra, Basyaruddin Akhmad and the Head of the South Sumatra Economic Affairs Office, Afrian Joni.

SMBR hopes that the Company’s relationship with the South Sumatra Provincial Government will continue to run well and can always work together to bring South Sumatra to a more advanced stage.{}
