Semen Baturaja Achieved Award of 12th Indonesia for Corporate Directorship Best Overall & Top 50 Mid Capitalization Public Listed Company

JAKARTA – The Company of Semen Baturaja has achieved an award during the 12^th IICD Corporate Governance Awards 2021 event held by IICD (Indonesia Institute for Corporate Directorship) in Finance Club Hotel, Jakarta on Monday, 31 May. Previously, the company had already achieved the same award.

Semen Baturaja won the award within the Best Overall category and also the “Top 50 Mid Capitalization of Public Listed Company” received directly by the company’s Main Director, Jobi Triananda Hasjim.

The event was also attended by the Vice President of Republic of Indonesia period 2009-2014, Boediono, the Minister of Communication and Information Technology period 2014-2019, Rudiantara, and Chairman of IICD, Sigit Pramono.

The prestigious event was arranged as a mean of providing awards to public companies that have committed and implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) well. Within the last five years, Semen Baturaja has maintained a positive impression in implementing GCG. In fact, the company managed to achieve a score of 92,476 last year.
