Strengthening Solidity, SMBR Holds 2022 Distributor Gathering

BANDUNG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) has just held a Distributor Gathering in 2022 from 05 to 06 October 2022 at El Hotel Royale Bandung with the theme “NEW JOURNEY TO THE TOP”.
The event started with a Gala Dinner which was full of intimacy between SMBR Management and all Distributors and Expeditors who were present while still paying attention to health protocols. The event was opened by Marketing Director Mukhamad Saifudin.

Management gives appreciation in the form of rewards to the three best distributors for their outstanding performance throughout the first semester of 2022. These distributors include PT Tunas Surya Bumindo, CV Samudra Panca Jaya and CV Sumber Niaga.

“We give this award to the best Distributor for giving brilliant achievements. We also do not forget to thank the other Distributors who also have contributed and continue to support the achievement of the sales target of Semen Baturaja.” said Saifudin in his speech.

The rewards in the form of Certificates of Appreciation and Precious Metals were handed over directly by Marketing Director Mukhamad Saifudin, Finance & Risk Management Director Tubagus M Dharury and General & HR Director Gatot Mardiana.

This event was also enlivened by the appearance of the guest star who graduated from Indonesian Idol “Delon”, a typical dance of Bumi Pasundan and the distribution of door prizes.

The second day, the Company scheduled the Signing of the Distributor Contract Addendum, Developing Strategic Selling Seminar by Markplus Institute, Socialization of the Integration of SMBR with Semen Indonesia Group (SIG) and presentation of the Q4 2022 sales target and sales plan for 2023.

“The Company is greatly helped by the brilliant performance of the Distributors and Expeditors in achieving sales targets. We really appreciate the cooperation that has been established so far and we hope that in the future it will continue to run well.” he added.

With this Distributor Gathering, it is hoped that the relationship will be stronger and can increase the solidity between Semen Baturaja, distributors and forwarders in facing various upcoming challenges, so that the targets that have been set can be realized.
