Semen Baturaja Achieved the 11th IICD Corporate Governance & Award 2019

JAKARTA – The Company of Semen Baturaja has been given an award during the 11^th Corporate Governance Award 2019 that was held by IICD (Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship) at Hotel Pullman Jakarta, on Monday, 14 October. The current IICD award adopted the theme of “Empowering BOC and Its Committees to Ensure GCG Implementation”.

Semen Baturaja has successfully achieved the award for the “Best State Owned Enterprise” within the Mid-Cap category, while also won the “Top 50 Mid Capitalization of Public Listed Company”. The awards were directly accepted by the company’s VP Corporate Secretary, Basthony Santri.

This award is dedicated for public companies that are deemed qualified in their commitment in operating the company’s administration or Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
