Increasing Productivity and Innovation, Semen Baturaja Borong 7 2022 TKMPN Awards

MANDALIKA – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk (SMBR) won an award at the XXVI NATIONAL QUALITY & PRODUCTIVITY WORKS MEET (TKMPN) 2022 event which was held in Lombok on 21-25 November 2022. The SMBR Innovation Team managed to win 7 GOLD Rating awards at the event .

This event was organized by the Indonesian Quality & Productivity Management Association (AMMPI) and the Forum for Quality Control (WKM) and supported by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia and the Provincial Government of West Nusa Tenggara.

The TKMPN XXVI activity is an event to share experiences and best practices related to innovation and competition for innovators from hundreds of national companies.

The SMBR Innovation Team managed to get 7 Gold Categories, namely:

1. Octopus 5R Team with innovation entitled “Optimizing Warehouse Services with 5R Office” Team Members (Asep Aris Sutopo, Dwi Rizky Agustina & Eliya Agustina)
2. MVP Team with innovation entitled “Design and Manufacture of Sheet Metal Roller Machine for Supporting Inhouse Production Spare All Impeller Fan Grate Cooler Kiln PBR 1 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) tbk engine manufacturing period January – February 2022 Team Members (M. Putra Agung, Riki Kurniasandi, M. Rizki Pratama, Mardiansyah)
3. The Bending Team with an innovation entitled “Pipe Machine Modification of Hydraulic Press to Be a Portable Bending Pipe with the Addition of Equipment” Team Members (Aspali, Haris S, Wismoyo AM, Mulyawan F, Teddy RA, Novri A, Vicky MT, Ari Yudha)
4. The So Nice Team with an innovation entitled “Sludge Oil Nozzle Improvement For Cost Efficiency) Modification of the Sludge Oil Nozzle Design Using Convergent-Divergent Flow Principles for Optimizing Bursts & Overcoming Flow Stalls” Team Members (Rizki Mohammad Wijayanto, Adhitya Farma Arsal, Andreoko , Hariyanto)
5. The DigiMine Squad Team with an innovation entitled “Digitalization of Semen Baturaja Mining Activities to Increase Effectiveness and Efficiency and Realize Good Mining Practice Towards SMBR Go Digital INDI 4.0” Team Members (Arahman Panji Putra, Dimas Ghani Harsono Putra & Andika Wiryawan)
6. RM White Clay Team with an innovation entitled “Quality Concept Innovation / Adding Feeding Points to Increase White Clay Production Capacity at Factory 2 PT Semen Baturaja” Team Members (Nandika Berito Umbara, S.T, Ahmad Haikal, S.T, Gatot Murtiyoso, M . Aidil Ali Fahmi, S.T)
7. The BOSMAN Baturaja Team with an innovation entitled “Official Smart Maintenance” Team Members (Temmy Susanto, Rizqa Waluya , Andi Dwi Andre Oktavian , Anton Tirta Wijaya, Febrio Nugrah A, Winal Prawira)
