Signing Memorandum of Understanding with Lampung District Attorney
PALEMBANG – PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk and Lampung District Attorney signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Civil Law and State Administration in Meeting Room 3rd Floor of Panjang plant (13/06)
Board of Directors of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Mr. M. Jamil (Marketing Director), Mr. Amrullah (Director of General&Human Resources) and Mr. Dede Parasade (Director of Finance) were present at the event. Likewise with the Head of Lampung District Attorney Mr. Hentoro Cahyono along with the staff who also attended the event.
The MoU between PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk and the Lampung District Attorney is in the form of cooperation in legal problem solving in the field of Civil & State Administration whose scope are the provision of legal aid; Giving legal considerations & Other legal actions required in the settlement of legal issues in the field of civil and State Administration faced by PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.
Marketing Director of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, Mr. M.Jamil affirmed, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lampung State Attorney is very important to keep the company as one of the national assets & vital objects. He hopes that with the signing of this cooperation, the company’s investment and operational plan can run smoothly.
Meanwhile, Head of Lampung District Attorney, Mr.Hentoro Cahyono, was pleased with this cooperation. “Hopefully we can help to provide more solutions and overcome the legal problems faced by PT Semen Baturaja which may be in the future,” said Hentoro.
Mr. Hentoro said that, as a first step, PT Semen Baturaja can submit the existing problems to obtain legal considerations as well as other legal action if necessary. Especially, related to the problem of mediation of problems arising between PT Semen Baturaja with other parties.
“This has become the duty and responsibility of the prosecutor as a state lawyer. If the non-litigation method is deemed to have not solved the problem, it will be resolved through the judicial process, “said Hentoro.
