Public Expose PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Tahun 2016

 

Jakarta, 2 Agustus 2016. Bertempat di ruang seminar I, gedung Bursa Efek Indonesia Tower II lantai 1, telah diselenggarakan acara Investor Day 2016 dan Investor Summit and Capital Market Expo 2016 (“ID & ISCME 2016”) dimana PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk kembali menjadi salah satu partisipan dalam penyelenggaran Public Expose.

Berdasarkan Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor I-E, disebutkan bahwa setiap Perusahaan Tercatat wajib melakukan public expose tahunan sekurang-kurangnya 1 (satu) kali dalam setahun.

Investor Day 2016 dan Investor Summit and Capital Market Expo 2016 (“ID & ISCME 2016”) adalah sebuah acara yang diadakan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia yang merupakan sarana efektif untuk komunikasi, konsultasi, dan promosi antar pelaku di industri pasar modal.

Acara ini terdiri dari public expose dari puluhan perusahaan tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang akan secara langsung menjabarkan update terbaru kinerja dan rencana kerja mereka, serta talk show dengan sosok-sosok inspiratif, pameran produk-produk pasar modal, dan peluncuran program-program strategis industri Pasar Modal Indonesia.

Dalam acara ini PT Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk melakukan presentasi (dengan durasi ±60 menit), tanya jawab dan konferensi pers yang dihadiri oleh Direktur Utama, Bapak Pamudji Rahardjo, Direktur Keuangan, Bapak Ageng Purboyo Angrenggono dan Direktur Produksi, Bapak Agus Wahyudin.

Adapun materi yang dipresentasikan adalah perkembangan kondisi terkini perusahaan (antara lain kinerja keuangan dan operasional). Perusahaan Tercatat yang melakukan presentasi dan melaksanakan konferensi pers akan dibebaskan dari kewajiban pelaksanaan Public Expose tahunan. (Humas & Sekper PTSB)

Investor Day 2016 dan Investor Summit and Capital Market Expo 2016 (“ID & ISCME 2016”) is an event organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange is an effective means of communication, consultation, and promotion among actors in the capital market industry.

The event consists of a public expose of dozens of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that will directly describe the latest updates of performance and work plan, as well as talk show with figures inspirational, product exhibition capital markets, and launching strategic programs industry Indonesian Capital market.

In this event PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk do a presentation (with a duration of ± 60 min), discussion and a press conference, this event attended by the President Director, Mr. Pamudji Rahardjo, Director of Finance, Mr. Ageng Purboyo Angrenggono and Production Director, Mr. Agus Wahyudin.
